Carving Stairs into Stone is a platform for women to discuss the challenges and opportunities of modern executive leadership. These conversations center on how women in power can counteract adversity and drive meaningful change.
Carving Stairs into Stone invites women in executive leadership roles to share the struggles and successes of their career journeys and discuss how they’re now using their positions to fight adversity and drive meaningful change.
Words from our host:

“Carving Stairs is my passion project. Creating a space for women to come together has been a true highlight of my career, and I hope everyone finds something in these conversations that they can use in their own career journey. Women often work twice as hard to get half the recognition of their male peers, so I can say with complete confidence that all the women on that couch have worked overtime to pave the way for future leaders. Their insights are crucial to understanding the realities of women in power, and I couldn’t be prouder to share their stories with the world.
I really wanted these discussions to focus not just on the difficulties we’ve overcome, but on the amazing things we’ve built along the way. That’s why I chose the name Carving Stairs Into Stone. I think it encapsulates the positive impact of our work, the fact that we’re striving to create something bigger than ourselves that will last. We don’t want the next generation to be held back by the same old problems that have plagued women for so long; we want them to use these stairs to reach the next level.”
“Several people discouraged me from making a career change. Ultimately, I had to set aside the negative feedback and ask myself what I really wanted my future to look like. I realized that by starting a new chapter, I could allow myself to flourish creatively.”
